Kim Coates

Organisational Psychologist


Kim Coates is a New Zealand Registered Industrial Organisational Psychologist. She has 20 years experience designing, developing and delivering tailored organisational development initiatives. She has advanced skills in assessment and selection, organisational design and development, change leadership, facilitation, executive coaching, strategy development and capability development.

Kim holds a Masters degree in Industrial/Organisational Psychology (1st Class Hons) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial/Organisational Psychology.

Justine Winter

Organisational Psychologist


A Registered Psychologist, Justine has 18 years extensive experience supporting and leading recruitment projects and psychological assessments for both selection and development purposes. She is also a trained facilitator and has delivered a broad range of workshops focusing leadership development, customer service, and career transition and development.

Justine holds a Post Graduate Diploma in the Practice of Psychology (Organisational Psychology); Master of Social Sciences (1st Class Hons) Industrial & Organisational Psychology & HR Management.

Kaye Sherwin

Organisational Development


Throughout her career Kaye Sherwin has developed a strong sense of how to get the best out of people in a wide range of occupations, organisations and situations. Kaye’s experience includes, psychometric assessment, job analysis, recruitment, employee development, 360 assessment, career development, change management, leadership training and development.

Kaye holds Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Human Resource Management) University of Canterbury and is currently completing a Graduate Diploma in Psychology.

Kathy Broad

Practice Manager


Kathy holds a BA(Hons) in Psychology and is an accredited mediator and is also Hogan accredited. Her international experience in HR, training and property management has been gained working in Corporate Banking, Shipping and Law firms in London, New York and New Zealand. She also thrived in property management in the fast-paced, demanding real estate market in New York City.

Kathy brings with her an innate ability to understand and connect with people – facilitating and magnifying her clients success – and truly enjoys being part of the solution that brings about lasting and positive change.

Nicola Campbell

Career Coach


Nicola is a certified career coach with Worklife International Pty Ltd and has been involved in coaching people through work and career decisions throughout her HR career. Nicola has worked as a career coach for more than 10 years and has worked with clients from graduates to managers and business owners to help them identify and find satisfying work and make career changes. Nicola recognises that changing jobs can be challenging but being in the “wrong” job can be equally difficult. It’s important to gain satisfaction from work and for it to meet personal needs – even as these change over time.

Areas in which Nicola can provide support and coaching include:

• Ensuring that career and work fit with lifestyle and personal needs

Nicola has a background in Human Resource Management so she brings a unique perspective to the career coach role with her understanding of the employer’s perspective and the recruitment and selection process. Arch Keenan

Behaviour Change Specialist


Arch has been in the organisation development business for about 30 years. His journey has taken him from trainer to OD consultant and behaviour change specialist. Arch’s focus is on how to facilitate behaviour change in the workplace. Consider the ROI of leadership development and other training courses: how many fail to generate a deliberate and sustained change of leadership or management practice?

Arch looks at how you could change the approach so that you actually achieved practice change, and therefore have a positive impact on the business. This means a wider range of interventions and tools, tailored to the required change as opposed to class room style development. Therefore Arch best works with leaders who can identify the problems they need solved and for whom traditional approaches do not work.
